Debt Step Change Global is an independent debt introducer service based in Willenhall, West Midlands. We were established to help individuals across the UK who are struggling with debt to understand their options and connect with the right professional help.

We are not a lender, a debt solution provider, a debt charity, or a government organisation. We operate as an independent introducer — our role is to assess your situation and match you with the most appropriate FCA-authorised debt solution provider for your needs.

How We Help

When you come to Debt Step Change Global, we take the time to understand your financial situation. We then help you identify which debt solutions may be suitable and connect you with authorised providers who can give you proper, regulated advice.

The solutions we can refer you towards include:

• Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) — a formal agreement to repay a portion of your debt over time, with remaining debt potentially written off
• Debt Management Plans (DMP) — an informal arrangement to repay debts at a more affordable rate through one monthly payment
• Debt Relief Orders (DRO) — suitable for those with low income and minimal assets; qualifying debts may be written off after a set period
• Debt Consolidation — combining multiple debts into a single, more manageable monthly payment
